The main idea behind the Hartman Personality Profile is that all people possess one of four driving "core motives." The driving core motives are classified into four colors: Red, motivated by power; Blue, motivated by intimacy; White, motivated by peace; and Yellow, motivated by fun. Hartman believes the system is simple and at the same time profound.

I myself am yellow which means I am motivated by fun meaning I can be the life of the party but also I am superficial my needs are to look good on a personal level I see this to be true because I like to present myself in a form where look clean. I also enjoy to be noticed and thrive on attention I feed off attention be it praise or general approval. Wants is another story I do hide my insecurity.

As a yellow when working with red I will need to be assertive but when working with blue I need to be dedicated to the work. Working with white I would need to be calm and structured.
